The first trophy-label of the Tunisian hotel industry
Awarded by a panel of featured personalities, the Tunisia Hospitality Award trophies will be undoubtedly the new standard of Tunisian hotels.
Once again, we will rely on our partner ReviewPro and their reference index “Global Review Index” because of its recognized trustworthiness: The GRIs are calculated from online guest reviews aggregated from 175 OTAs and review sites such as Booking.com, TripAdvisor, Google+, HolidayCheck, TopHotels and more.
The GRIs currently allow us to publish every month a ranking of the
Top 25 hotels (see
our last ranking based on the three last months).
Calculated over a whole year, the GRIs will enable us to distinguish the best hotels in terms of quality of service as perceived by guests.
Thus, our trophies will award the best 5-star, the best 4-star and the best 3-star hotels according to guests’ reports over the last 12 months.
Best chain, best guest house…
Other prizes will be awarded: the best hotel chain in Tunisia, the best guest house, the hotels particularly involved in promoting local culture, protecting the environment or animating the regions…
